I'd probably sit there scratching my ass too if I had their skills equipped. But then again, I wouldn't have mighty blow and disrupting chop on the same skill bar.

Indeed... It's EXCACTLY how you said it. Normally, i'd be doing a mission, after that some farming, chest runs, then another mission etc...

But now we're forced to do missions/quests all the time, since there's nothing else left to do. We're forced to work on the storyline, and that makes it so darned boring to do something twice.

Except for the last mission, the missions are a bit boring as well. Even though the storyline in Factions sucked, we had constant action. Monsters were everywhere, and popped up from here and there. In Nightfall it's just killing small groups of 5-7 monsters over and over again. And every battle takes about 3 minutes because nobody's really fighting but it's just a dangerous version of 'tag'.

Okfirstoff i think i deserved a medal, i just sat here and read every post (took me nearly 3 hours).

Im not bored yet cuz i took my sweet time in factions which i got first but i find sum problems and im just gonna incinerate my laptop.

1) i got the farming code(crap about the loot) after solo killing kyril Oathwarden once.....
2)Its now sad that the monastery in D1 has more people then all of kaening center
3) Although i still have 2 more expansions to go....and all that grinding.....well have to c

If it wasn't for the fact i'm looking forward to grabbing Zhed and having a 3rd Searing Flames ele to play with... i.... no wait i still don't have the patience to get to 2500 sunspear points just because some stupid twat at Anet decided i should to play to game.

Actualy I feel bore almost everytime when I play more then 3 hours, but that happen to almost everygame I played more then 1 year.
Pluse, I realy cant complain about that when the game itself is telling me "get some rest" every hour~

i agree. nightfall lacks the human element and since anet has nerfed the game to the point that all activities outside of actual missions and quests have become totally unrewarding, the game has become sterile.

one of my favorite online gaming moments is flying a plane in battlefield 1942 - barnstorming underneath a bridge in one of the official maps. anet would have nerfed this as it had no bearing to mission objectives whatsoever and in a way griefed the team but digital illusions never saw reason to since its what made the game fun and was one reason why people scampered to be on a plane first

but then again i digress ....

Doesnt matter which side she take, if she answer, a war is waiting to start.

She can only do things with in her power, contraling human mind cleaerly arent in the list

And I dont think changing Dev's schedule is in the list too

The best she can do is, "I will pass this to the Dev team"
but we already know they are making elite missions, winterday event is also coming up, the AI is still toning, the Hero is here to stay, and so on....so what more I wonder

But I am no GG, maybe she can think of something

The reason i want to hear if they are going to fix the ai or not is simple..

If they are not going to fix anything. then i will stop playing and give all my crap to some of my guildies that are going to keep going..

If they do say they are going to change some aspects of the ai.. i will stick around and see if the changes suit my fancy.

I mean all i want to do is see if i should continue playing or not... I love this game.. but the ai is not changing then i am done.. and i need word of that before i make a decision

Either way them saying somthing is better than them not saying anything at all..
i wish they would just say. no we wont change.. or yes we will change...

Its not that hard to do.. and i feel its the least they could do seeings how some of the people here have purchased all three of the gw games.

Why is this thread even allowed open? Flames flames everywhere! People yelling at Anet and people yelling at each other. How was this thread at all constructive as some of you are claiming?

And when anyone disagrees, they are flamed to death by everyone or told to get the f--- away from the thread. So guess what? Anet is going to do just that. They are going to stay far away from this thread.

Well, for starters Gaile, or any other dev could tell us A-net's stance on farming. I believe that in the past they said that they had no problems with farming, yet they nerf it into the ground. What A-net's saying and doing are 2 different things.

Also, it's nice to know what's going to happen, one of the less good things about A-net is that some things come totally unexpected. Sure, the update was a good surprise to some, but for me, and others, it meant chaos. I was in the MIDDLE of doing something, planned it all out, if it was going as planned, I'd have all the guild traders in my guild now, and maybe a nice FoW armor.

But no, I wake up on a sunny day, get something to drink, get on GW and see that everything is screwed over.

Anyway, if a dev/Gaile reads this: Please tell me what your stances are on farming, and what will happen in the future.

at the original question: bored? nope. too much stuff to do! small goals, like.. get 80 fame to break 5k fame, finish off my exploration titles, my prot titles, get r9 sunspear, get 10 more champ points, get 50 more glad points etc

titles, mainly, keeps me hooked.

Please provide a quote when someone actually chewed someones ass when they made a good valide point about why they are not bored.. you will be searching for a while though...

also I posted in that "happy" thread saying that i feel its a total insult for reps to respond in that chat.. and not to respond in this one.. my post although non flaming and respectfull.. was deleted promply.. and for this post i will either be banned or recieve a threatening pm..

we payed just as much and played just as long.. so just because we dont share the same sunshine on everything views we dont get equal representation...

No one cares.. but this is the last nc soft/anet associated product that i will ever buy..

I'd love to see Gaile post here, but I'm pretty sure she'd regret it. No matter what she said she would get jumped on unless she said, "OK guys, you can go back to farming now, we changed the AI back to the way it was." It's almost as if some here think that Gaile's posting here would validate their opinions. Trust me guys you know she's reading every line. I just don't think there's anything she can say that would improve anyone's attitude toward the current ai. If Gaile had the news you wanted to hear, she would have posted it by now.

Personally, the fact that she hasn't posted here tells me as much as if she had. And that is-- Anet doesn't have a plan in the works to change the current ai.

I'm not bored with the game, but I definitely want the AI changed. I liked it the way it was. How about a compromise? Make the enemy warriors stop kiting and stop the monks from heading for the hills and most here would probably be satisfied.

NOTE: This thread has become sort of "Narutoscryed's Guild Wars Blog" Not that I'm complaining

he posts an entertaining read every now and then. Also I can't wait for this page to get filled as even on a 19" screen, I have to side scroll to read all of someone's post.
